I finally did a big lift with 225 pounds, which was a goal of mine for a while now. Check out my video of my very first sumo deadlift 225# pull. I’ve been meaning to share this particular video for a while now. Why? Because I’m proud of it — and want you to strive for your PRs, no matter what they are (5K time, # of push ups, etc).
