Protein No Bake Cookies:
- 1/2 cup of nut butter (I used almond)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate flavored)
- 1/3 cup oats
Mix it all together well, give the almond milk and nut butter time to absorb it all. Just keep mixing. Spoon onto wax paper and put in the fridge for an hour to set (freezer for 20 minutes if you want them sooner).
And there you have it. Easy-peasy, wah-lah!
